Hello, my name is Phillip Lindo, and I am a Registered Acupuncturist specializing in Traditional Chinese Medicine. I graduated from Eight Branches Academy of Eastern Medicine in 2016 with a diploma in Acupuncture and Moxibustion.
My practice focuses on supporting clients with pain management, digestive health, gynecological and hormonal imbalances, anxiety, depression, and more. My passion for this work stems from my personal journey—after years of living with chronic pain and finding little relief through conventional healthcare, I was introduced to acupuncture in 2012. That experience was life-changing.
Through a personalized treatment plan involving acupuncture, cupping, and small dietary changes, I was able to rebalance both my mind and body. Inspired by my own healing, I pursued years of study and clinical practice, now integrating my lived experience into the care I provide for others.

Your first visit includes a comprehensive intake covering your past and current health history. We will assess your condition through Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) diagnostics to identify an appropriate treatment pattern. This session may include acupuncture, cupping, and/or other bodywork therapies tailored to your needs.
A 30-minute targeted session designed to address more localized or acute issues. This may include acupuncture, cupping, or other focused therapies for quick and effective relief.
This session builds on your initial treatment, focusing on ongoing concerns and unresolved symptoms. We will reassess your progress and adapt the treatment plan to continue addressing the root causes and supporting your healing process.
