Pratiksha Singh (Pia), Registered Physiotherapist, has graduated in Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2003 from India and has worked with a wide range of population and demographics in Canada and abroad. She has successfully treated clients with incontinence, neurological & orthopedic conditions & post operative rehabilitation.
She uses a combination of Manual Therapy techniques such as Mulligans technique and Joint mobilizations in her treatment plans. Pia also specializes in Pelvic Rehabilitation and Pneumatic Compression therapy for Lymphedema management.
Pia specializes in Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation. She finished her training in 2016 and has been working with clients presenting with pelvic pain, urge and stress incontinence, frequency, diastatis recti, pain on straining and bowel movements, postpartum sacroiliac dysfunction and incontinence. She is also trained in treating clients of Pelvic pain through a trauma informed lens by completing her training in CBT(Cognitive behavioral therapy) APT-accreditation, Level 2.
