As a Certified Usui Reiki Master I am not a licensed medical professional. However, I can share information about your chakra centers - how energy is flowing and where there's stagnation - and offer movements, activities, and practices that may increase balance in the body, mind, and soul. At this point, I think it's incredibly important to state that you and your body already know how to conduct self-healing, Reiki will simply act as a catalyst for awakening your innate abilities. If you are working with years of pain and/or emotional fatigue, reaching balance and a sense of wellness may take multiple sessions. As well, your own commitment to inspired action will play an important role in optimizing the shifts that Reiki can facilitate.
