Poli is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She graduated with Distinction from triOS College in 2026.
Poli is passionate about holistic health and helping clients reduce pain, relieve stress, and restore balance to the body. She believes in creating personalized treatment plans that support each client's individual goals while promoting long-term health and wellness.
Using a combination of Swedish massage, deep tissue techniques, and myofascial release, Poli tailors every treatment to meet her clients' unique needs. With a strong background in aromatherapy, she also appreciates the connection between the nervous system and overall well-being.
Committed to lifelong learning, Poli plans to continue expanding her skills through training in cupping therapy, manual lymphatic drainage, and other evidence-informed techniques.
