Prabh graduated with a bachelor’s degree in physical education & Coaching specialization in Kinesiology from Douglas College, New Westminster, BC in 2018. Also, a certified BCRPA personal trainer, Prabh creates individualized active rehab programs for the able-bodied and disabled-bodied persons. He is well versed in making tailored home workouts and strength and conditioning programs that address the specific needs and goals of his clients. He has 10+ years of experience working with orthopaedic injuries, people with neurological conditions (strokes, muscular dystrophy, concussions).
Prabh enjoys playing sports such as basketball, football, hockey and going on adventures (hiking, kayaking). During his years in elementary and high school, Prabh was on the track and field team (shotput, javelin, discus), and basketball team.
He spent a year as a practicing Kinesiologist in the South Okanagan. During his time in the Okanagan from working a full caseload of active rehab, Prabh conducted and managed falls prevention classes, Joints In Motions classes, and Hydrotherapy sessions (one on one and groups). He also coordinated and led Run Club 2000 in Osoyoos. Prabh is continuing to grow in his career as a Kinesiologist. Since moving back home to Vancouver, Prabh has worked at multiple clinics and mobile companies. His services include active rehab and strength and conditioning programs.
