Prajakta Shirolkar is one of the owners' of Re+Active Physiotherapy clinic. She brings with her a wealth of experience and knowledge. She moved to Canada in 2012 after graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy from India in 2011. After taking various career paths she was successful in achieving her registration as a Physiotherapist in Canada. Within Central Alberta she has worked in various private clinics, private and public hospitals and has worked with athletes, sports-related injuries, pre and post operative clients, pre-post partum women, men's and women's pelvic health, chronic pain conditions, musculoskeletal conditions, neurological conditions, pediatric conditions, geriatrics, cardio-pulmonay conditions to name a few. She is passionate about helping people achieve their goals, be pain free and improve overall quality of life. One of her biggest values is giving back to the community, choosing to volunteer for a not for profit organization with a focus around social causes when she can. When not at work you will find Prajakta outdoors on hikes, trail walks, and mountain biking.
