Pratik is a Registered Physiotherapist with a strong background in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, functional recovery, and exercise-based therapy.
His experience has included working in outpatient orthopaedic settings, long-term care, and fitness environments with a patient-centered approach focused on helping individuals reduce pain, restore movement, and return to meaningful daily activities. Pratik regularly treats a wide range of conditions such as neck and back pain, sports injuries, postural dysfunctions, post-operative rehabilitation, and mobility limitations.
Pratik has a growing interest in neurological rehabilitation, vestibular therapy, concussion management, and senior fitness.
His additional education in Fitness and Health Promotion from Seneca College has further strengthened knowledge in exercise prescription, functional movement, and long-term wellness. Pratik's treatment approach utilizes this knowledge to combine evidence-based physiotherapy, hands-on techniques, patient education, and individualized exercise programs tailored to each patient’s goals and lifestyle. Your assessment will be conducted 1:1 and by a Registered Physiotherapist, during which they will go over your intake information, conduct pelvic floor assessment which may or may not include an internal exam for assessing the pelvic floor tissues and comprehensive orthopedic evaluation. Your assessment session may include discussion of diagnosis, goals and treatment.
