Preeti is a graduate from West Coast College of Massage Therapy, with a background in sport science. She is a Registered Massage Therapist , and a certified Level I Fascial Stretch Specialist. Preeti has always had a special interest for helping individuals recover from musculoskeletal and sports related injuries.
Preet enjoys treating a wide variety of acute and chronic conditions using the following techniques: Swedish, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilizations, neuromuscular techniques, active/ passive fascial stretching, and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization.
