This 1.5-hour birth prep class is designed to help expecting moms feel strong, confident, and ready. We’ll cover what’s happening to your body during pregnancy, how to protect and prepare your pelvic floor, posture and movement tips, perineal massage, and how to push effectively. We’ll also talk about C-sections, core recovery, whether to do Kegels, and how to heal well postpartum. It’s a hands-on, practical session led by pelvic health experts.
