Assessment for symptoms related to sustaining a concussion (acceleration-decleleration injury). The Physical Therapist therapist will conduct an extensive assessment of your history, injury, needs and function. You will receive education and treatment for your injury during this appointment. Please ensure that you have a ride to and from appointment for safety and best management of your concussion related symptoms.

This treatment is a follow-up after your Concussion assessment for patients who have a concussion- related injury. Please ensure that you have someone to escort and drive you if you are experiencing symptoms.
