**Where are you from?**
Surrey, BC, Canada
**What were you doing before pursuing RMT?**
I was running a few small art business in my home. I spent most days exploring nature and working on art everyday.
**Why do you want to be an RMT?**
I think learning about our bodies and how they work is a valuable skill set to have in life. Being an RMT means understanding and managing pain and I think that can be very transformative; the act of helping people transform their pain is one of my main motivators in this line of work.
**How do you like to spend your time outside of work/school**
I love to dabble in lots of different hobbies, some including fine art, rollerblading, woodworking, and writing. I also love being in nature and going on adventures.
**What is your favourite thing about VCMT?**
I love my cohort, every single person is so unique and uplifting. I love the proximity of a small class and feel like I have 20-something new friends.
**Do you speak fluently any languages other than English?**
Urdu
