Rachel utilizes a personalized approach with evidence based techniques that are tailored for each session to meet the unique needs of patients, whether they are athletes seeking recovery or individuals managing chronic pain.
Rachel is also certified in Hot/Cold Stone Massage (June 2024) to enhance the treatment experience for injury rehabilitation, pain relief, and stress reduction.
