Rachel completed a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology before attaining her diploma in Massage Therapy in 1998. Since then she has continued to take courses in Pregnancy Massage, Myofascial Release, Muscle Energy, Strain/Counterstrain, Neuromuscular Therapy and Craniosacral Therapy. This led her to enroll in the Osteopathic program in Toronto and in 2010, after completing a thesis on the effects of treating scar tissue, she became an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner. Her love for learning did not stop after graduating from Osteopathy. She continues to regularly attend workshops and courses to enhance her treatments. Rachels passion is also treating babies and children. She believes that if you can treat a child when they are young you can help prevent some of the strains and tensions that they might carry to adulthood.
