Rachel has been practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist since 2015; treating folks mainly in North Vancouver, she is excited to start seeing patients closer to home. Rachel focuses largely on evidence based treatments, and her massages follow patient feedback first and foremost. She is looking forward to helping both children and adults reach their mobility and performance goals, as well as complementing already established treatment plans.
Prior to her career as an RMT, Rachel worked in Human Resources at an Independent School in Vancouver, and she competed in Equestrian sports through school and beyond.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys the quintessential Squamish lifestyle (biking, snow sports, barbell sports, trail runs with the dog and doughnuts) with her husband and two young children.
