Rachel graduated from Makami College in Calgary in 2018 with 3000 hour RMT certification. She has since completed five Rapid-NFR certifications and is a Rapid-NFR Specialist, which allows her to work on migraines and concussions. Her other techniques include deep tissue massage, myofasical release, cupping, and acupressure. A background in weightlifting and yoga has informed a functional approach to assessment and treatment, with a passion for helping people regain and enjoy pain-free movement and exercise.
