AjouterRachel is a graduate of the Occupational Therapist Assistant and Physiotherapist Assistant (OTA/PTA) program at Georgian College, where she developed skills in therapeutic exercise, rehabilitation techniques, mobility training, and supporting individuals through injury recovery and physical development. Beginning in September 2026, she will further her education at Ontario Tech University in the Bachelor of Allied Health Sciences (Honours) program.

She is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach and an NCCP-certified Women’s Artistic Gymnastics and Trampoline Coach through Gymnastics Ontario. With a strong background in gymnastics coaching and athlete development, Rachel is passionate about supporting young athletes by helping them build strength, improve movement quality, and stay healthy so they can participate in sport for as long as possible.
Rachel’s approach focuses on developing strong movement foundations, injury prevention strategies, and performance support, allowing athletes to feel confident, capable, and strong both in and out of the gym.
Outside of coaching and training, Rachel enjoys practicing yoga, weightlifting, and spending time on Georgian Bay.
