Rachel spent more than 12 years working in retail before pursuing a career in Massage Therapy — a path that allowed her to combine her passion for helping people, her fascination with anatomy, and her love of meaningful human connection.
Over the years, Rachel has developed a treatment style that blends therapeutic techniques with compassionate, individualized care. She is passionate about helping clients reduce pain, improve mobility, support recovery, and feel more connected to their bodies.
Her continued interest in the body’s interconnected systems led her to complete 2.5 years of a 5-year Osteopathy program, where she gained advanced knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and osteopathic principles that continue to inform her massage therapy practice. She looks forward to continuing her osteopathic training in the future.
Rachel’s scope of practice includes Swedish Massage, deep tissue techniques, and joint mobilization, with particular passion for pre-natal care, post-partum recovery, and infant/child massage. She has also completed Reiki training and is proud to offer Massage Therapy and Reiki combination treatments for clients seeking a more holistic and restorative approach to care.
Rachel has a special place in her heart for supporting growing families through every stage of pregnancy, early parenthood, and family life. From pre-natal treatments and labour support comfort measures to post-partum care and infant massage, she feels honoured to provide support during such meaningful and transformative stages of life.
