Rachel graduated from the Canadian
College of Health Science and Technology
in Windsor, Ontario in 2023 with her 2200
hour massage therapy designation. In July
2024, she relocated to Red Deer with her
son. Rachel is trained in relaxation,
therapeutic, deep tissue, joint play and
trigger point massage. She is also trained
in cupping and kinesiology taping. Rachel
believes massage has exceptional benefits
for aiding healing in the body and looks
forward to helping her clients on that
journey. She is a registered member in
good standing with the MTAA association
When Rachel is not working, she loves to
garden, grow herbs and plants and loves
spending quality time with her son.
