Rachel (she/her) is a registered Occupational Therapist and clinical trauma professional. Rachel obtained her MSc. OT from McMaster University in 2016, and has since worked in community mental health, outreach, addictions support and in remote northern communities. Rachel is passionate about helping clients explore how the things we do intersect with our mental health and well-being, and vice-versa.
