I graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology before going on to complete the Diploma in Pedorthics at Western University. While working in running gear retail, she quickly realized that helping people find the right shoes wasn’t always enough—she wanted to do more to address the root causes of foot and lower limb pain. That desire led her to a career in pedorthics.
Now a Canadian Certified Pedorthist, I specialize in gait analysis and designing personalized treatment plans to help patients get back to the activities they love. Her approach may include custom or over-the-counter orthotics, shoe modifications, targeted exercises, and simple solutions like toe spacers or sleeves—all tailored to the individual's lifestyle and goals.
My clinical focus is on identifying the source of pain or dysfunction and offloading high-stress areas of the foot and lower limb to improve comfort, mobility, and long-term function. Whether it’s guiding someone toward the right footwear or designing a device that fits seamlessly into daily life, she brings both technical expertise and a genuine desire to help people move better.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy coaching with the Special Olympics curling program, swimming, spin cycling, and exploring Calgary’s pathways by bike.
My philosophy: Empower patients through education, precision, and personalized care—because small changes in foot function can create big changes in quality of life.
