AjouterRachel completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy in 2018 in the Philippines. She has worked in a wide range of settings, including outpatient clinics, hospitals, and community-based rehabilitation programs. Since relocating to Ontario, she has gained an additional four years of hands-on experience working in diverse rehabilitation clinics across the province, assisting individuals with musculoskeletal conditions, recovery following orthopedic surgery, and sports injuries. She emphasizes a holistic and tailored treatment strategy aimed at resolving the underlying causes of pain, ensuring long-term improvement and overall well-being.

Rachel places a strong emphasis on patient education, empowering individuals to better understand their conditions and take an active role in their recovery. She combines this with manual therapy techniques, such as joint mobilizations, myofascial release, and therapeutic stretching, and tailors’ strength and mobility exercises to meet each patient’s unique needs.
