His treatment methods include dry needling, Mulligan techniques, Isostretching (postural) and pain management. Rafael’s strong manual therapy skills, including spinal manipulation, and his educational approach is aimed to ensure the best outcomes for his clients.
Notably, Rafael is the only physiotherapist in Alberta trained in **FASCIAL COUNTERSTRAIN (counterstrain.com)**, a cutting-edge hands-on therapy that releases spasms in virtually all body tissues.
Outside of work, Rafael enjoys family time and staying active through soccer and biking.
