Ramandeep (Rami) completed her Master of Science in Physiotherapy at Birmingham City University in Birmingham, United Kingdom. Prior to this, she completed her Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology at University of Guelph and a Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion at Humber College.
Rami believes in providing patient-centred care as it is vital in developing individualized treatment plans to meet every clients needs. Rami is passionate about helping others achieve their goals in order for them to obtain a better quality of life. She believes that her patients should comprehend their injury, the treatment they receive and allows them to be fully involved in the rehabilitation process which plays a vital role for their recovery. She also plans to engage in continuing education courses such as pelvic health and vestibular rehabilitation to continue her professional development and further provide best care for patients.

This appointment is a follow up appoint for current Physio patients. This session includes one small area to be treated. 2000-4000 shocks will be delivered. Ankle, foot, elbows, knee, wrist, heel, or small or superficial tendons, such as shoulder. In addition to the shockwave treatment, a brief 15 min Physio session will follow.
This appointment is for clients who have already been assessed by our PT and have a current treatment plan. Please note: the cost for this appointment will increase to $115 effective October 1, 2025.
This appointment is a follow up treatment for current physiotherapy patients. This session includes one small or medium area to be treated. 2000-6000 shocks will be delivered. The remainder of the appointment will be your physiotherapy session.
Pelvic physiotherapy focuses on concerns like incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse, and postpartum recovery. With your consent, your physiotherapist may perform an internal and/or external pelvic floor exam to better understand what’s going on and to create a personalized treatment plan. Treatment may include education, targeted exercises, hands-on techniques, and lifestyle strategies. No referral required.
