Raquel has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2004 and is an active member of the CMTO. She takes a holistic approach, drawing on techniques that include Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, fascial release, and rehabilitative exercise. As a student and a teacher of Pilates, Raquel believes in the importance of integrating movement strategies to help her patients manage symptoms and promote well-being between treatments. She is committed to providing patient‑centered, personalized care that fosters lasting relief, improved function, and greater body awareness.

Your initial appointment will include a discussion of your relevant health history, any symptoms you are currently experiencing, and your treatment goals. If appropriate your therapist may also use orthopedic tests as part of the assessment. Treatment is provided by an RMT and is eligible for coverage by private insurance plans.
