Raquel has always had a passion for understanding the human body and the functional movements surrounding it. Coming from a large family and having many career opportunities, she decided to pursue Massage Therapy.
She obtained an advanced diploma at Georgian College in 2022. Wanting to continue her education and travel, Raquel took an extra year of education at Munster Technological University in Ireland. This is where she completed a Bachelor's of Science in Health and Leisure with Massage.
Raquel has accumulated many tools and effectively integrates them based on each patient. She utilizes the assessment of each patient to create a custom plan that will be beneficial. Raquel focus includes trigger point therapy, joint mobilizations, and fascial techniques to help clients achieve their goals.
