Because motherhood is a journey shared, my care extends to the littlest members of your family as well. With a background in infant and pediatric massage, I offer gentle, specialized touch to help babies and children settle into their own bodies, supporting their nervous systems, digestion, and sleep from the very beginning.
Through restorative bodywork, my primary goal is to undo the physical depletion of modern life. Because I view the body through a holistic lens, my massage practice is deeply informed by my current studies in TCM and Acupuncture, alongside a love for herbal medicine. While these modalities sit quietly in the background of my student life for now, they enrich every treatment I give, allowing me to use targeted and informed touch.
