Raylene Hugo has been a Registered Massage Therapist for 10 years and has ran her own practice in Edmonton for the last 5 years. She specializes in deep tissue/ therapeutic work for post injury and post surgery. She puts a large focus on how to curb chronic pain and overall quality of life. She also had a niche for prenatal massage. Using a combination of massage, cupping and hot stones she is able to tailor treatments to each clients individual needs and goals.
In her spare time, Raylene loves everything outdoors - gardening, kayaking, fishing, horseback riding and hiking.

IMPORTANT: THESE SESSIONS ARE ONLY FOR EXISTING PATIENTS. If you are a new client and book this session instead of an initial appointment, your booking may be cancelled without prior notice. Please always update your RMT on your current state (changes in health, aches and pains, injuries or surgeries, etc), and decide together what you will work on in your treatment today.
FOR NEW PATIENTS. We will spend the first few minutes reviewing your health history, completing assessments as necessary, and designing a treatment plan with you that suits your goals. The remaining time will be spent completing the massage.
If you require the use of the pregnancy pillow for your massage, please use this appointment for your bookings! We have one pregnancy pillow available, which allows a growing baby to be supported while you safely lay face down on the table. Being able to lay face down allows your RMT to access the back half of you much easier, so long as you are comfortable.
This is a 75-minute appointment with our Student massage therapist. Each appointment will begin with 15 minutes to review your health history, complete any assessment, and create a treatment plan, followed by 60 minutes of hands-on treatment. First year students will provide relaxation massage only. Please note: this treatment DOES NOT qualify for insurance coverage.
