Reanna is an experienced orthopaedic and pelvic physiotherapist with a passion for helping people feel their best and live active, healthy lives. She takes a client-centered approach, creating individualized treatment plans tailored to each person’s goals—whether focused on recovery, wellness, or performance. Education is central to Reanna’s care, empowering clients to understand what’s happening in their bodies and how to support their progress beyond the clinic.
Her sessions often include targeted exercises, manual therapy techniques, and practical strategies for managing symptoms and lifestyle factors that influence recovery.
Reanna holds an Honours Bachelor of Physical and Health Education from the University of Toronto (2008) and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Queen’s University (2010). Since becoming a licensed physiotherapist in 2010, she has continued to pursue advanced training, completing her Master of Clinical Science in Manipulative Therapy at Western University in 2016 and earning her designation as a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT).
After having her first child in 2019, Reanna expanded her focus to pelvic and reproductive health and has been practicing in pelvic physiotherapy since 2020. She is also a certified yoga teacher, integrating mindful movement into her clinical practice where appropriate.
In 2018, Reanna and her husband, Mike Williams, became co-owners of Trent Health in Motion, deepening their commitment to improving the health and well-being of their community.
Outside of work, Reanna enjoys spending time with her young family, staying active through strength training, cycling, walking, and yoga, and connecting with friends and loved ones.
