Rebecca graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy with honours. She then extended her education with comprehensive training in prenatal massage providing her with hands-on experience with professional, safe, and knowledgeable care for pregnant clients including those of high risk. Her focus is not just on the rehabilitation of existing injuries but on prevention. She is experienced in treating a multitude of conditions. In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys reading and spending time with her two disparate pups.

Manual Lymph Drainage is a light, manual technique that gently stretches the skin in order to promote the movement of lymphatic fluid. This is different from a traditional massage in that it is a specific treatment focused on lymph vessels in order to aid in the flow of lymphatic fluid and stimulate lymph nodes. Because of the lighter techniques used it is a deeply relaxing treatment. Don’t be surprised if you fall asleep! *Appointment time includes assessment, treatment, and home care if needed.
