Rebecca works with adults who are feeling anxious, stuck, overwhelmed, lonely, or unsure of their next step. She has experience supporting young adults, post-secondary students, newcomers to Canada, and people navigating major life transitions such as starting school, changing careers, moving, or beginning or ending a relationship.
Rebecca’s approach is warm, collaborative, strengths-based, and nonjudgmental. She draws from CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, somatic techniques, and motivational interviewing to help clients better understand their emotions, build practical coping skills, and move toward a stronger sense of confidence and inner steadiness. Clients often describe Rebecca as safe, understanding, and easy to talk to.

Six month coaching commitment. Up to 12 sessions in six months. Each session is 50 minutes. This scheduled appointment will be your first session.
