Ideal for checking in on progress, addressing small obstacles, or providing support during transitional or challenging times.  This is a great tool for clients who may not need or want a longer session but still require some direction or reassurance.  It is not meant for deep, long-term processing.

The first session is an in-depth discovery consultation where the counsellor will assess your emotional, energetic, spiritual, and physical state. This session lays the foundation for a personalized healing plan setting goals for your emotional and spiritual growth, energetic balance, and physical well-being. Format: Completion and/or discussion of an intake form to determine background and goals Intuitive reading and spiritual assessment (emotional challenges, energy blocks, life path etc.) Reflexology consultation (if appropriate) and discussion of your physical health Discussion of potential healing modalities and creation of a tailored plan Introduction to basic tools or practices for self-care and empowerment

Red Light Therapy is a safe, non-invasive treatment that harnesses the power of red and near-infrared light to promote healing and rejuvenation at the cellular level.​ Please bring attire you feel comfortable laying in. The room is completely private.

This service is offered as an add-on for patients who are already scheduled with a practitioner or who are combining therapies for a more comprehensive treatment experience. When layered alongside chiropractic care, acupuncture, myofascial therapy, or functional medicine protocols, red light therapy helps amplify results by improving circulation, supporting mitochondrial function, and accelerating healing. Reflexology focuses on pressure points on the feet, hands, or ears to stimulate corresponding parts of the body and promote balance.  This session is designed to relieve stress, boost energy, improve circulation, and enhance overall well-being.
