Reide Norman is a talented massage therapist, dedicated to helping each of his patients achieve their individual goals. Reide obtained his Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy (3000 Hour) diploma from Makami College in Calgary in 2018.
Reide is passionate about his career and is a firm believer that massage therapy is a practical approach to healing and overall wellness as it reconnects us with ourselves and is an excellent form of self-care. What he values most about his job is being able to directly help his patients, whether it is from a specific injury, general soreness, or overall stress.
Reide excels in trigger point therapy, cupping, and various myofascial release techniques, which are highly effective in reducing soft tissue tension and promoting joint mobilization and optimizing flexibility.
Outside of work, Reid enjoys outdoor walks with his wife, son and their dog, Biscuit.
