Using light touch, your therapist helps encourage the body’s natural rhythms and ease areas of restriction—especially around the head, spine, and sacrum. This deeply calming treatment aims to shift the body out of “fight or flight” and into a restorative state, supporting the parasympathetic nervous system and allowing the body to reset and repair.
