Renae has completed specialized training in the field of pelvic health through Pelvic Health Solutions and is certified in ROST Therapy for the treatment of pregnancy-related pelvic girdle pain. In addition, she has completed certifications in acupuncture and postnatal fitness.
Renae loves spending time with her husband and 3 daughters, enjoying a home cooked Italian meal with her entire extended family and experiencing new flavours when traveling.
