A starting place for our work together. Through conversation, embodied inquiry, and exploration of your goals, we will begin to identify resources, patterns, and pathways for healing and growth. For those interested in Somatic Experiencing®, this session also provides an introduction to the language and principles of nervous system regulation, helping you better understand how stress, trauma, and resilience are expressed through the body.

Please refer to your retreat schedule for the persons scheduled to support your somatic experience at your upcoming retreat. While selecting a specific therapist isn’t an option, you are welcome to share your preferences, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them. Payment is required in advance to secure your appointment.
