For anyone who thinks: "I need an energy tune up" this is for you. You don't need to know reiki or energy work. Everyone should have access to the energy frequencies that are in alignment with them. This is a sacred practice and I am here to remove the mysticism and gate keeping so that everyone gets to experience the magic of energy work in their being and field. It is my sacred gift to you. This is like a reiki session that is way more potent! We will work together to set intentions. I will hold the frequencies and guide you through the attunement process. If you are already reiki attuned (any level) this may be used as a refresher attunement to the frequencies (at my discretion and your honesty).

In this 1:1 session, we’ll tune into the quiet power your body holds. I will verbally and energetically guide you to a deeper understanding on how you can personally tap into your own abilities to receive messages. While seated on the massage table, we begin with subtle movement, touch, and presence to embody the experience and make space for what’s ready to come forward. You may find emotions rising, a truth revealing itself or an intuitive feeling you used to have but forgot for a while. I will guide you through channeling your own messages. This can be using cards, images, or the sensations in your body. Together, we’ll create a safe space to anchor the messages into your being so you can tap into this process on your own. The energetic shift might not be loud, but it will be present. This is the kind of remembering that stays with you.

This is a workshop to go over a variety of ways to protect and cleanse your home energetically. We will talk about how to connect in with the energy of your home. We will review a variety of tools you can use to cleanse the space actively and passively. This will be an integrative and interactive workshop. You are encouraged to ask questions to deepen your understanding a leave with practical tools you can use immediately.

This workshop is for those who wish to learn first aid techniques using their inherent ability to assist and influence healing for another. Intention is the basis of all assistance towards balancing body systems for recovery of an injury, or to assist the body's natural ability to heal. Kundalini is the energy within all of us. The types of Kundalini reiki I offer are: DNA, Birth Trauma, Generational, Karma, Past Life, Crystalline (blocks or holes in the aura) and Emotional. Booking this session will focus on one of the areas mentioned above. This is different than Usui reiki which is the type of reiki most practitioners use. This may feel like a deeper level of energy work.

This is a one card pull. This reading can be as fast as 5 minutes to 20 minutes depending on the message that comes through and whether you have any questions about the card.

Reiki share is for anyone who has taken Level 1 Reiki or similar hands-on energy healing training. We gather to chat, ask questions and share energy healing in small groups. "I am ready" is the phrase that lands as you welcome yourself into this ceremony. Salt is known around the world for its purifying and cleansing properties. In this ceremony, there will be a communal salt bowl that has been intentionally prepared by Kenzie to include salts, plants, organics, essential oils and other sacred items. This is a place where you can release whatever is no longer serving you, giving it back to the earth via the salt bowl. This is a place where you can call in your highest alignment, allowing the salt to amplify your energy and recalibrate your being. Kenzie will guide all participants throughout the ceremony. She will create a safe space, holding energy for every person present. We will each have time to interact with the salt bowl individually, and also time to come together in community and support. At the end, each person will receive their own mother salt from the bowl to take home. This is an intimate group with no more than 7 attendees. Creating community with others is encouraged, and there will be time at the end to join a community group with Kenzie to keep in touch with others and share experiences.
