AjouterRichie is a Registered Psychologist who provides diagnostic assessment (ADHD, Learning Disorders) for children, teens & adults as well as counselling for teens and adults. Previously, Richie worked for over 10 years as a high school music teacher; later working as the teacher on an interdisciplinary team at a provincial healthcare facility.
His therapeutic work is based on the humanist approach. He looks beyond your current concern and seek to understand you as a whole person: tell him your story. He understands that we exist in a diverse, multicultural world; and that for each of us our unique identity can be a source of both strength and stress.

Richie uses a diversity-affirming approach and typically draws interventions from the cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) family, including acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and dialectic behavioral therapy (DBT). Richie enjoys cooking, spending time with his family, playing instruments, and going to concerts.
