I am a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from the 3,000-hour program at the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in 2014. My background in competitive athletics—including equestrian showing and eventing, as well as biathlon—sparked a lifelong appreciation for movement, recovery, and the body’s incredible capacity to adapt and heal. Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy hiking, trail running, backpacking, camping, Pilates, yoga and spending time outdoors with my dog—interests that continually fuel my passion for movement, recovery, and sustainable physical health
I have a special interest in working with Women’s Health, Pregnancy Massage, Post Cesarean and Post-Surgical Recovery, Scar Tissue, Chronic Pain, Post Concussion and Nervous System Regulation, and I am passionate about supporting clients navigating symptoms of Mental health and Trauma, such as: PTSD, Anxiety, and Depression. I also enjoy working with facial, jaw, and buccal massage, particularly where tension, stress, and TMJ dysfunction are present.
I genuinely love learning and am committed to ongoing continuing education to deepen my understanding, stay current with evolving research, and keep my work feeling meaningful and inspired. My continuing education includes training in TMJ dysfunction, CranioSacral Therapy, SomatoEmotional Release, Muscle Energy Techniques, 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training, Therapeutic yoga, Pelvic Stabilization, Pain Science, RAPID Neurofascial Reset, Facial/Buccal Massage and Facial IASTM (gua sha), as well as Hot stone Massage.
My approach to treatment is grounded in the belief that the body is a self-healing instrument. I work gently and collaboratively, listening to what the body is communicating and supporting the conditions it needs to heal, regulate, and grow. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, cared for, and empowered in their healing process.
I look forward to working with you!

CranioSacral Therapy focuses on calming the nervous system, releasing subtle tension, and supporting the body’s natural self-healing ability. Each session is guided by light touch and attentive presence, creating a quiet, supportive space for the body to settle, restore balance, and promote overall well-being. Treatments can be tailored to include Traditional Swedish Massage for a more integrative experience.
The RMT Facial – Face, Head & Neck Massage This deeply relaxing treatment combines the use of luxury skincare products with therapeutic massage techniques focused on the face, head, and neck. While inherently calming, it is also designed to support those experiencing headaches, migraines, TMJ dysfunction, neck tension, and related concerns. Unlike traditional facials that concentrate solely on the skin, this treatment works with the underlying muscles and soft tissues to help ease tension, improve circulation, reduce inflammation, and support overall function. The approach is always tailored to how you present on the day, creating space for both relief and restoration. Intraoral massage techniques may be incorporated when indicated to address the jaw/TMJ and buccal musculature. Please note: Oil is applied to your skin during the massage and may get into your hair. Please come with clean skin free from make up. **Do not book this treatment within 2 weeks of receiving cosmetic injections, dermal fillers, or neuromodulators**
Hot Stone Massage is a deeply relaxing treatment that combines traditional massage therapy techniques with the use of smooth, heated stones. The warmth of the stones helps encourage muscle relaxation, allowing areas of tension to be addressed more comfortably while promoting a calming, grounding experience. This treatment focuses on the soft tissues of the body to help ease muscle tension, support circulation, and promote overall relaxation.
Pregnancy Massage is a gentle, supportive treatment designed to promote relaxation and comfort during pregnancy. Using Massage Therapy techniques adapted for the prenatal body, each session is customized to the client’s individual presentation and areas of tension. Specialized pregnancy pillows and supports are used to ensure comfort and proper positioning throughout the treatment, helping to ease physical strain and encourage a calm, nurturing experience.
This gentle treatment works with the tissues of the chest, ribs, neck, back and shoulders to assist in healing after surgical intervention or oncology care. Surgery, medical treatment, and scar tissue can create tension, restriction, or discomfort in these areas. Massage therapy can help support the surrounding tissues as they heal. Treatment is always slow, respectful, and adapted to your comfort.
