Rihana Middleton is a born-and-raised Calgarian and a graduate of Mount Royal University’s Massage Therapy Diploma program in 2019. After a 10-year career in telecommunications she decided to make the switch to healthcare and found manual therapy to be a natural fit. Rihana is dedicated to working collaboratively by conducting thorough interviews and assessments to understand individual goals for treatment. Her focus is to provide a safe, inclusive space for everyone to receive treatment. Rihana is certified in dynamic cupping, intra-oral TMJ massage, pre/post natal massage, and Level 1 Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Her style of massage is often a slow, moderate-depth using a variety of techniques to ease areas of tension in the body.
A proclaimed “student for life” Rihana completed her Bachelor of Health Sciences through the University of Lethbridge in 2024. Outside of the clinic you can usually find her exploring the city on foot, stopping to eat and drink coffee any chance she gets.

Deep Therapeutic Hot stone massage: this Combines the use of hot stones and deep tissue massage techniques to penetrate deeper into the muscles to get longer lasting results. The hot stones are used as a tool to release muscles by warming up the area then incorporating deeper movements with the stones to achieve a release in the muscles. The session is an hour long and will have components of relaxation at certain times. **Please book this appointment for anytime after 9am, as we require time to prepare the hot stones**
