AjouterRinat earned her Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Manitoba in 2021. She holds credentials as a CSEP Clinical Exercise Physiologist and a CSEP Certified Personal Trainer, and she's currently working towards obtaining NSCA Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification.
Driven by her passion for facilitating joy through movement and personal growth, Rinat chose to pursue a degree in kinesiology. Witnessing clients' progress in their health journeys and sharing her expertise in movement are central to her professional mission. Rinat values collaboration with other healthcare professionals to deliver tailored experiences for her clients.
