In 2014, Rita graduated with Directors Honours from the 2200 hr. Advanced Diploma Program at the Alberta Institute of Massage. She is a member of the NHPC.
Rita has a clear and sincere intention to help her patients move through their daily lives with greater ease, and she utilizes a variety of massage
techniques to customize each treatment, effectively increasing mobility and breaking down chronic pain patterns in the body.
Rita is an enthusiastic outdoor adventurists and when she is not working at ALIGNED TOGETHER, she enjoys swimming, kayaking, cycling, hiking, cross country skiing and family time.
