Rita is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Metabolic Balance Coach. Rita's journey to holistic nutrition began with her own health as well as the health of her family after her daughter and husband were diagnosed with the same auto immune disease. This led them to seek the support and guidance of a holistic nutritionist and soon learned that food is medicine and diet plays a huge role in chronic disease, weight, energy and mood and how proper nutrition can bring balance to the whole body, mind and spirit.
Rita takes a personalized, holistic and integrative approach to your health and nutrition, considering clients physical, nutritional, environmental and emotional wellness. We will take an in depth look into the root cause of weight and health concerns such as toxicity, hormonal issues and nutrient deficiencies and offers a sustainable approach for weigh management while achieving optimal health. All programs are tailored and personalized specifically for you to bring balance and optimal health to your body. Rita will inspire and motivate clients to improve nutrition habits to support their health through nutrition, sleep, managing stress, movement and mindset.
Rita considers a clients biochemical individuality to plan the most suitable diet and meal plan. Her services include individualized 1:1 nutrition counselling, supplementation protocols and meal planning with a focus on weight management, digestive health and hormone balancing.
A resident of Etobicoke, she enjoys strength training and power walking and enjoys creating healthy recipes and meals in the kitchen.
