Tony is an avid sports enthusiast, weightlifter, and runner. Having completed 10 road and trail races totaling over 134 km in an 18-month period, Tony has firsthand experience with the physical demands of an active lifestyle. This background, combined with personal experience in overcoming sports-related injuries, drives Tony's understanding of the vital role massage therapy plays in recovery and wellness.

Cupping therapy involves the application of plastic cups on the skin using a pump-like applicator to adjust the level of suction. The cups can stay in place and/or be manually manipulated by the RMT using a variety of techniques to lift and spread the tissue. This increases circulation at a superficial level and specifically targets the fascial layer between the skin and the muscles to reduce adhesions and pain, increase range of motion and improve posture.
