Maria is an experienced Registered Massage Therapist with over a decade of clinical experience. She is a graduate of Kikkawa College and a proud regulated health professional who is passionate about helping clients feel their best and achieve their wellness goals.
Maria enjoys working with a wide variety of clients and tailors each treatment to individual needs. She specializes in several massage therapy modalities, including Swedish massage, deep tissue, hot stone, prenatal massage, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, and craniosacral therapy. She has also recently completed post-surgical lymphatic massage training, where she applies the appropriate combination of techniques at each stage of recovery to support optimal healing.

Cupping therapy involves the application of plastic cups on the skin using a pump-like applicator to adjust the level of suction. The cups can stay in place and/or be manually manipulated by the RMT using a variety of techniques to lift and spread the tissue. This increases circulation at a superficial level and specifically targets the fascial layer between the skin and the muscles to reduce adhesions and pain, increase range of motion and improve posture.
