Meet Sanford Schmid, a highly esteemed Registered Massage Therapist and the longest-standing member of the Crave team. Graduating from OVCMT in 2012, he specializes in myofascial techniques, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, muscle energy, and positional release techniques.
With years of experience, Sanford is known for his compassionate nature and commitment to helping clients achieve optimal health and well-being. Outside of his practice, he is an avid hiker and snowshoer, enjoying the beautiful trails of Kootenay Park and the Monashee Mountains. A proud pet owner of two Shiba Inu dogs, Cleo and Bruno, Sanford also has a passion for off-roading, spending time enhancing his Jeep TJ and Toyota 4Runner Pro.
