Robbie Pandher is a dedicated Kinesiologist with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Douglas College and a Diploma in Rehabilitation Assistance. With a holistic, client-focused, and evidence-based approach, Robbie specializes in helping individuals optimize their physical health, recover from injury, and enhance performance. His work is grounded in the latest research, combining a deep understanding of human movement with practical, hands-on strategies tailored to each client’s needs.

Robbie’s areas of expertise include injury prevention, rehabilitation, sports performance, and posture correction. Whether working with individuals recovering from an injury, striving to improve athletic performance, or seeking relief from chronic pain, he designs evidence-based programs that are tailored to the client’s unique body and goals. His approach emphasizes a balance of education, empowerment, and support to ensure clients feel confident and motivated to make lasting improvements in their physical well-being.
Outside of his professional work, Robbie is an avid sports enthusiast, with a passion for playing hockey and basketball, as well as working out at the gym to maintain his own physical health. When he's not helping clients reach their movement goals, Robbie enjoys watching movies and shows.
Robbie’s mission as a kinesiologist is to inspire his clients to not only recover but thrive, guiding them toward long-term health and a more active lifestyle.
