I truly believe movement is medicine and exercise is for everyone. I am most passionate about helping people rehab from injury or returning to activity after time away for any reason. I have several years experience with ICBC claims and return to work protocols, but I love to work with athletes and others trying to reach their personal goals.

Since finishing my Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Alberta in 2017, I have worked in several areas including primary health care, concussion rehab, and general recreation and training.

Outside of work I am a national level ringette athlete and I enjoy cycling, hiking, and bad television! Come chat with me about any of it while you train to be your best self.
