Hi, I’m Robyn.

I’m a clinical hypnotherapist who works with anxiety, overwhelm, and stress that show up as tension, racing thoughts, or a nervous system that won’t settle. My work focuses on helping people experience safety again. Using trauma-informed hypnotherapy and psychosensory techniques, I work gently with the unconscious mind and nervous system to help shift patterns that feel stuck and create new experiences of calm and regulation.

I work with adults, teens and kids experiencing anxiety, sleep challenges, fears, and stress-related patterns. I also support people preparing for birth through hypnobirthing, and work with clients navigating grief and loss.

Outside the clinic, I’m also a writer, currently working on my second novel. I live in Toronto with my husband, our three kids, and two doodles.
