Our Extended Subsequent Treatment is a 60-minute session designed for patients who need extra hands-on care or more extensive rehabilitation. In this longer appointment, your practitioner can delve deeper into manual therapy, progress more advanced exercise protocols, and incorporate additional modalities—whether that’s shockwave therapy, Game Ready cryotherapy, laser therapy, or other techniques. You’ll also receive in-depth education on movement strategies, injury prevention, and self-care to ensure you’re fully supported on your path to recovery and peak performance.
This one-hour session is reserved exclusively for first-time patients at SportSide Medical Services. Your practitioner will review your medical history, discuss your goals, conduct a comprehensive physical assessment, and share their findings. If time allows, you may also receive hands-on treatment during this visit.
Each follow-up builds on your initial consultation with a customized blend of manual therapy, rehab exercises, and advanced modalities, as required (e.g., shockwave, Game Ready, laser). You’ll also receive hands-on guidance and self-care education—movement tips, injury-prevention strategies, and home exercises—to keep you progressing toward your goals.
