Roman completed the Registered Massage Therapy program at Langara College in addition to a diploma in Kinesiology. Roman has an amateur boxing background and has competed in Eastern Europe for almost 10 years. He has also worked as a personal trainer and fitness specialist, obtaining proficient knowledge in health, anatomy, physiology, and exercise concepts. Roman's treatment focus is on acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries where he incorporates his manual skills including swedish massage, joint mobilization, myofascial techniques and stretching. He also enjoys developing exercise protocols to promote recovery and improve function. Roman treats patients of all ages and activity levels and looks forward to sharing his passion in health and wellness.
When he is not in the clinic, Roman enjoys spending time in the gym and with his family.
